In the event of the Death of the Insured Person, occurring as a result of a covered accident and clinically confirming the causal link with the accident, the Insurer guarantees the payment of the respective Insured Capital to the beneficiary expressly designated in the Particular Conditions or Individual Insurance Certificate.

In the event of Permanent Disability resulting from an accident, the Insurer guarantees the payment of the respective Insured Capital to the Insured Person. Permanent Disability, and in accordance with the percentages in the table established in this contract, means the loss or functional incapacity, partial or total, without possibility of improvement, of a member or organ of the Insured Person, clinically verified and occurring within 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of the accident, and directly and exclusively resulting therefrom.

The Insurer guarantees, as a result of an accident, the payment, up to the amount established for this purpose in the Particular Conditions or Individual Insurance Certificate, of the expenses necessary for the treatment of the injuries suffered.

The Insurer guarantees, as a result of an accident, reimbursement, up to the amount established for this purpose in the Particular Conditions or Individual Insurance Certificate, of the necessary repatriation expenses using medically recommended transport.

The Insurer guarantees, as a result of an accident, up to the Insured Capital established in the Particular Conditions or Individual Certificate of Insurance, the reimbursement of the Insured Person's funeral expenses.

O Segurador garante o pagamento do Capital Seguro expressamente designado nas Condições Particulares ou Certificado Individual de Seguro, em caso de fractura de braço, perna ou traumatismo craniano decorrente de acidente coberto.
