The Personal Accident Protection of the Misericórdias Saúde Family + Plan ceases when one of the following events occurs:
- Death;
- On the date on which turns 69;
- Lack of payment;

All risks resulting from accidents that occur before the activation date of Protection Total Plus (Personal Accidents Group), included in the Misericórdias Family + Plan, are excluded, as are the risks specified in the applicable pre-contractual and contractual documentation.
The duration of your Misericórdias Saúde Plan is flexible and adjusted to your needs. Unlike many Health Plans that require a long-term commitment or a loyalty period, our plan does not require any loyalty on your part.
This means that there is no defined minimum or maximum term for your flat. You can choose to keep it for as long as you think is necessary for you and benefit from our range of services. This way, we are able to provide greater flexibility and adaptability to your lifestyle and health needs.
