- The patient can perform their exercises digitally through a medical device (similar to a tablet) while always being monitored by a physiotherapist throughout the treatment.
- You must access https://meet.swordhealth.com/thrive/misericordiassaude and enter your First and Last Name and phone number.

Next, the client/employee will receive an email giving access to a form where they will need to:
- Create your account (to later use on the device and app to check your program);
- Fornecer informações sobre a sua condição clínica, e agendar a data e hora para a sessão inicial com o/a fisioterapeuta por videochamada;
- Download the Sword Health app (via the QR code provided in the form) to monitor the program together with the physiotherapist.
- Have the initial session with the physiotherapist via video call to thoroughly assess the patient.
- After the assessment, the physiotherapist will define a personalized rehabilitation program that is automatically loaded onto the device and immediately available to start treatment.
- The medical device will be sent to the indicated address (estimated delivery within 2 working days) and used to perform the physiotherapy sessions.

When receiving the device, the patient only needs to log into their account (created when filling out the form) and can immediately start the treatment.
- While performing the exercises, the patient can watch instructional videos and receive immediate feedback on performance, progress, posture, and execution.
- Session monitoring is done through AI software that guides the patient throughout the session and simultaneously sends real-time data to the physiotherapist to adjust the exercise plan if needed.
- Contact between patient and physiotherapist is mainly through messages via the Sword Health app chat and can be done whenever needed.
- They last between 15 and 20 minutes.
- They can be performed anytime and anywhere, as long as there is an internet connection.
- We recommend 3 to 5 sessions per week, but the pace is adjustable. However, the exact time to complete the program varies according to the clinical condition and individual progress.
- If the patient lives in a remote area with possible internet connectivity issues, Sword Health provides hotspot devices so the patient can continue the treatment.
